Normal Returns: For regular returns, where the product is neither defective nor damaged, the buyer is responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. This helps protect the interests of our sellers.
Time Frame: Lights N Beyond offers a straightforward and convenient 7-day return policy (no-questions-asked return policy). You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
All returned items must be unwashed and unused.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Lights N Beyond reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality check before issuing a refund or processing an exchange.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.
Made-to-order or custom products.
Products are designated as non-returnable on the product page.
Products returned without their original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
Products damaged due to misuse.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders (eligible only for credit note/voucher, not refund).
Products that have already been exchanged once.
Products received in a condition different from what was originally shipped.
Defective or Damaged Products
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods by emailing us at info@lightsnbeyond.com, and attaching pictures and a brief video showing the defect.
For non-defective returns, the buyer must take a picture and create a short video of the product, attaching both in the Return Section of the product within 1 day of receiving it. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping fee and Money handling Charges for any product is non-refundable
